We cut out the decorated May-pole with the help of our guests and we elect the king and the queen of Whitsun. Meanwhile a fortune-teller tells stories about love, health and luck (facultative programme). Some craftsmen wait for the children to make head-dress from flowers. We welcome our guests with a horse-show and a riding possibility in horse-drawn carriages in the Puszta. Our guests are entertained by nostalgia music.

The programme:
10.00 Arrival , cutting out the may-pole;
Election of the King and Queen of Pentecost
Activity with craftsmen for children
Delicious lunch and gipsy music
Ride in horse-drawn carriages, stud-riding and horse-show

The menu:

- Asparagus soup with dill and cream

- On wooden plate:

Roasted knuckle of pork with caraway and steamed barrel-cabbage

Grilled catfish fillet with parsley potatoes

Chicken breast fillet in cheese and sesame coat with rice

- Pancake filled with cottage cheese served with blackberry sauce
