He acts cookery not only on high standard, but he teaches also in more levels, his successes were awarded with several prizes by trade.

From 1st January 1976 Tanyacsarda fills out his everydays. Later he has worked a lot in abroad as invited guest to deepen his competence. Many times he has been in Switzerland at the Hungarian days, he made pig-killing feast dishes for the Hungarian in Dresden, he worked together with István Lukács in the USA – highlighted the most memorable events of his professional life.
