WEDDING

Every detail, for a perfect memory.

From dream to reality –
a wedding to last a lifetime.

Weddings are treated with special care at our csarda.

There is hardly a more honourable request for us than to organise a wedding reception. Our aim goes beyond simply ensuring that everyone is well fed and has a good time. We see it as our mission to ensure that the weddings held here truly become memories to last a lifetime.
As a first step in the planning process, we get to know the young couple’s wishes, and then, during the preparations, we work to ensure that the Big Day is even more beautiful than they ever dreamed it would be. We never offer templates; our strength lies in creating something truly special.

Show kitchen

An show kitchen awaits the arriving wedding party in the csarda’s courtyard. Our chefs cook goulash soup or stew in a cauldron over an open fire right in front of the guests, and turn the stuffed chicken or pig on a spit. Grilled meats are prepared on a barbecue trolley over wood embers. The delicious dishes from the show kitchen are also served at the festive table.

Bride-kidnapping

Our horsemen drive the herd, then, in a moment of inattention, kidnap the bride in a carriage. The groom rides after the kidnappers (or walks with the wedding party) to the grandstand, where he meets the young couple. Afterwards, the groom attempts to ransom the kidnapped bride. The groom’s task is to knock down the glass with a ringed whip.

In addition to the menus above, we are happy to prepare other dishes according to your requirements. We also provide vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free menus!
