Pig-killing with show kitchen, horse show and riding in horse-drawn carriages at the New Tanyacsarda

11.00   Arrival, Welcome
In the csarda the works are controlled by the pig-sticker and the guests can see the preparation of the traditional dishes.

12.00 Taster
We are making roasted blood, roasted liver, which the guests can taste in the late morning.

The guests can get acquainted with the processes: with the filling of chitterlings and sausage.

From 13.30 horse-carriage riding and horse show

15.30   Lunch with traditional pig-killing feast dishes:
Menu:
Pig-backbone soup
Pig-sticking platter: roast, chitterlings, roasted sausage, stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes
Doughnuts with apricot jam

During the lunch the guests are amused by our Gipsy band.

Price of the programme:    8.500.-HUF/adult
6.500.-HUF/child (between 4 and 14 years old)
