Summer Barbecue Party at the New Tanyacsarda

Starting at 6:00 p.m., we look forward to welcoming our guests to New Tanyacsarda for a special summer evening! Enjoy a welcome cocktail, delicacies prepared on the open-air grill, and a lavish buffet dinner in the enchanting setting of the Puszta. The highlight of the evening begins at 8:30 p.m., with a torch-lit horsemen’s performance on the green grass at sunset, followed by a bonfire; after dinner, music and dancing will round out the summer atmosphere.

Dishes prepared on the grill cart:
– Spicy chicken breast fillet
– Chicken thigh fillet marinated in yogurt
– Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon
– Spiced pork chops
– Mini meat skewers
– Grilled sausages
– Angus sirloin steak

Grilled on a grill plate:
– Trout fillet
– Homemade hamburger
– Grilled Camembert
– Grilled Gomolya cheese

And a little extra treat:
– Beef stew in a cauldron, served with oven-baked bread

– Charcoal-grilled potatoes
– Grilled vegetables
– Grilled corn

Salad bar:
– Greek salad
– Corn salad with mayonnaise

– Sweet and spicy sauce

– Cottage cheese milk cake

– Chilled watermelon and cantaloupe

Participation fee:
Adults: 10,900 Ft/person
Children ages 5–14: 6,900 Ft/person
Guests under 5 years of age are welcome free of charge.
