Tomatoes and peppers play the leading role at the Old Tanyacsarda
This weekend, our daily specials will feature dishes made from tomatoes and peppers.
The jewels of the vegetable garden, the pride of Hungarian cuisine – tomatoes and peppers are the BASIC ingredients of traditional Hungarian cuisine. On Saturday and Sunday, our chefs will use them to prepare popular and well-known dishes such as ratatouille and stuffed peppers, whilst also introducing some new creations. Our guests are also keen to sample today’s modern dishes at our csarda; traditional farmhouse flavours and innovative specialities sit side by side perfectly. Do give them a try!
